We do not give you just rooms to stay. We give you an environment so you can experience the best while on a holiday with us. Walk into our hotel and enjoy a refreshing, rejuvenating, day-off with us.

Bicycle use rules

· The user must consult the cell phone (505) 7828 4125 for the availability of the units.

· The time of use per person will be a maximum of 30 minutes. If the time is exceeded, there will be an extra charge of $5 dollars for an additional half hour.

· The user is responsible for the bicycle that has been entrusted to him until it is returned, he is also responsible for any damage caused to himself, the bicycle and third parties during the use of the means.

· The user cannot manipulate and/or modify any mechanical part of the bicycle.

· The user must preserve and use the bicycle diligently and return it in the same condition in which they took it. It is strictly prohibited to ride your bicycle on and off the sidewalks.

· In case of loss of bicycle accessories or damage, the client will be asked for the sum necessary for the original restoration of the bicycle. In case of total theft, the user must pay compensation for the established amount of $150 for each bicycle.

· At the end of its use, the bicycle must be returned to the same place where it was collected. Parking the bicycle outside the collection point cannot be considered as a return.

Pet Friendly Policies and Conditions

The service costs $15 per night, per pet, in addition to the rate.
The rate corresponds to the right of stay and deep cleaning policy.
Only small and medium sized dogs are allowed.
Maximum two pets per villa.
They must have a collar and leash, and it will be the owner’s responsibility to have it located at all times.
The pet cannot be left alone at any time in the villa or anywhere on the premises.
It is the owner’s responsibility to pick up their pet’s feces.
Any damage caused by the pet is the responsibility of its owner.
Ecovillas del Sur is not responsible for any bite, infection or disease that the pet may acquire during its stay.
